In 2023, the Group will continue to strengthen the construction of the occupational health and safety management system, improve the working environment, improve and put into use safety facilities, comprehensively implement safety inspections, improve the safety awareness of all employees, and truly ensure the occupational health and safety of employees.

The Group complies with the requirements of IS014001 "Environmental Management System - Requirements and Usage Guidelines", IS045001 "Occupational Health and Safety Management System Requirements and Usage Guidelines", GB/T 33000-2016 "Basic Specifications for Enterprise Safety Production Standardization", etc., with CSPC EHS Cultural concepts lead the implementation of environment, health and safety (EHS) management work.

In terms of employee health management system, the Group complies with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Occupational Health Monitoring of Employers, the Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Monitoring (GBZ118-2014), and the Occupational Health Management in the Workplace. "Provisions" and "Measures for Declaration of Occupational Disease Hazard Projects", member companies at all levels abide by the occupational health-related laws and regulations of each operating site, formulate an "Occupational Health Management System" and an "Occupational Health Inspection and Testing Plan", and regularly carry out occupational health inspections and testing plans. Detection of health hazard factors ensures that the limits of occupational hazard factors in the workplace comply with national standards, and the results of the detection of occupational hazard factors are publicized and informed to every employee. The Group also conducts pre-job, on-the-job and off-the-job occupational health monitoring physical examinations for every employee who is exposed to occupational hazards in accordance with the occupational health monitoring cycle. The results of the physical examination are notified to each employee in writing to safeguard employee health and ensure that the results of the physical examination are reviewed. employees’ right to know, establish personal occupational health monitoring documents for employees, and regularly organize training on occupational disease prevention and control knowledge and PPE.

The Group strictly implements the national requirements on “three simultaneous” occupational health in construction projects, always adheres to the design and demonstration of occupational health protection facilities in workplaces and new, renovated and expanded projects, strictly implements the acceptance of occupational health protection facilities for completed projects, and strengthens occupational health and safety protection facilities. Routine maintenance and management of health-related protective facilities, and strive to create a healthy and safe working environment for employees.

In 2023, the Group will continue to improve EHS management based on standard construction, system evaluation, platform communication and key projects. Each member company of the Group has achieved the occupational health and safety management goal of "five zero and one low" (zero deaths, serious injuries, multiple injuries, occupational diseases, poisoning accidents and low work-related accident rates). For many years in a row, there have been no serious injuries. and number of workdays lost and work-related fatalities.
